We are happy to announce the new Leica-EANS Research Grant 2020, now open for application!

For 2020, in addition to the initial 8 awards we have funding for one additional grant sponsored by Leica.

We are inviting applications for research relevant to microsurgery, specifically applications focussing on operative surgery undertaken with a microscope. We welcome applications addressing surgical technique and/ or technological advances.

The successful applicant will receive the sum of 10,000 Euros to pump prime their research activities.

The Leica EANS grant will be available to neurosurgeons in all member countries of the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies to encourage European cooperation and collaboration.

The award winner will be invited to present their work and receive their certificate at the eEANS2020 Beyond Borders Virtual Congress.
