The theme of this first Master Class of Neurovascular Anatomy is the supratentorial cerebral arteries, namely the anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries.

 All aspects of their development as well as adult radiological and surgical anatomy will be covered. Anatomical variation and general organization principles will be discussed including: bifurcation geometry patterns of cerebral arteries, underlying logic of arterial tree branching pattern and leptomeningeal anastomosis. Two interactive sessions will provide the opportunity to present interesting anatomical observations and all participants are encouraged to participate by preparing cases and interacting with the different speakers.
